Morgan Academy Magazines c 1930 - 1970 have been scanned by George Stout and a band of very willing volunteers. It is hoped that the magazines will be available for viewing on the Computer in the Archives Room, before too long.

SCHOOL VISITS

The Association has come to an agreement with the rector that FPs visiting Dundee can have a tour of the School at a suitable time by prior arrangement. These tours will be conducted by a member of your committee.

Your first contact when requesting a look round should be with the Secretary who will clear things with the Rector. Please give two alternative weekday dates to allow for activities in the school. The optimum time will be at 4pm after school. This arrangement will work well and, with the prospect of the new Archives Room in the Tower opening this summer, will also fit in well with the FPs commitment to that project.

Association Co-ordinator for reunions
Thelma Thornton is now acting as the coordinator for reunions. Anyone thinking of planning a reunion and would like advice from the Association please email thelma@morganacademyfp.co.uk
New Website
As you can see we have a new website. It's still in the process of being rebuilt by a group of enthusiastic, amateur volunteers.  Please bear with us, we are all on a steep learning curve.  Without the continuing support of Eoin Mackintosh of Clova Design, we would be in real trouble.
If you have any comments, queries, complaints, etc about the site, please contact Thelma Thornton - email scotsfolk@yahoo.co.uk
